A talented, multi-disciplined and award winning Creative Director with a proven 20 years experience within prominent Marketing Communications Agencies.

A focussed team leader, manager and player; possessing a particular skill and passion for delivering powerful, strategically strong, ideas and the development/motivation of a team to achieve full potential.

Working with the agency board, managing creative departments with an inspiring, hands on approach, an art director by trade with a strong copy influence. A passion for creativity, problem solving and ultimately finding the big idea. 

 

JAN 2017 – CURRENT:  INITIALS MARKETING

Role: Creative Director

After 8 months of successful freelancing - answering briefs, creating engaging solutions and strategic problem-solving on a daily basis, whilst building productive relationships with the creative team and client services alike - I was approached for the permanent role of Creative Director at Initials

Responsible for continuity in maintaining the highest level of creative output for existing clients, in particular the Pepsico account, plus instrumental in the securing of new business wins such as Heineken (2018 category work), The Famous Grouse and Nestlé. 

As Creative Director I have also focussed on the motivation, morale and career potential of the talented individuals within this flourishing creative department. 

Clients: PepsiCo, Heineken UK, Twinings, Arla foods, Nestlé,  The Famous Grouse.

 

JULY 2011 – JAN 2017:  BD NETWORK

Role: Creative Director

As Creative Director I was responsible for the quality of all creative generated and produced by the agency and the running of the creative department. Chief spokesperson for the creative product of the agency, and a leader of creative vision.

This entailed nurturing and growing existing client relationships as well as responsibility for numerous pitch wins including retaining Molson Coors on commencing the role, followed by several more including Corona, Pizza Express, Aperol and Gap. Plus, representing the agency's high standards judging industry awards.

A key member of the London Board Leadership team I was responsible for the management, shaping, upsizing (and downsizing) of a thriving creative department - 70 strong at its peak - ensuring morale, motivation, career progression, professionalism and creativity were all maintained to the highest level.
